I create spaces where people can return to themselves in the presence of others.

I believe people need more spaces where they can slow down and be real. Spaces where people can just be present with what is.

Through circles, guided experiences, and other gatherings, I hold structured spaces that support grounded presence, honest self-inquiry, and authentic expression.

The sweet spot for me is witnessing the natural unfolding of nourishing connections rippling out into the world.

Thank you very much for taking a few minutes to land here to find out more about me! IF you're still reading, the rest of this page will focus on reflections on some of my relationships. I hope that through them, you'll get a better feel of who I am. (:

Although relationships can have their challenges, I find that relationships are at the heart of showing us who we really are. Our relationships with our family, friends, and other loved ones are mirrors. They reflect to us what we want more of, what we want less of, and they can hold the seed of potential that helps us to step into who we really are.

It took me years to realize that relationships are of great value to me. I thank my Ori that my life has been woven with wonderful beings. I'm grateful for being led to many pivotal relationships and choices that have helped shape and reveal more of me.

With my husband, my partner of over 20 years, much has most certainly been revealed to me. If I had to choose just one word to sum up what this relationship has revealed, it'd be 'Devoted'. Honestly, this relationship has shown me much more, and has opened my eyes and my heart to so much that words can not express here - otherwise it would be a novel. A short paragraph isn't enough to convey how this relationship has impacted me, but I will say he's brought a lot of magick into my life, and I just LOVE his glorious mind.

My husband has been, and IS, a huge influence in my life. I'm a big fan of what he puts out into the world, and I highly recommend checking out his work if you're interested in all things human inheritance.

I was incredibly fortunate to have close bonds with wolves, wolf-dogs, and other canines when life led me to a wolf sanctuary in New Mexico. I could write a book about what those relationships, along with the relationships with the humans during that chapter, opened up for me; so instead, I'll choose a few things: 'What leadership really looks like.' 'Integrity in authenticity.' 'The importance of filling your cup before attempting to fill others.' - and so much more. My time at Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary was like a forge, shaping and challenging me in incredibly rewarding ways, and it certainly strengthened my character. I was so blessed to have gotten to serve those animals and learn from the experiences there. The howls and memories of that time will forever sing in my bones.

Towards the end of my decade chapter at the wolf sanctuary, I was blessed to find sisterhood with women across the world from me (thank you, internet!), and my various relationships with them revealed what it meant to be a woman in the reclamation of her power. I could go on about the different ways these women changed my life, but one way I can honor all of them in this is this: I attribute my ability to lean into 'Trust' to the years of sisterhood with them. They saw me in my role of being Wolf Mama (some of them literally watching me raise a wolf pup with the whole team) to making the heartbreaking, yet undeniable decision to hand over the reins to someone else so I could move into my 30s with more freedom.

Trusting in life, in myself, and in so much more (eyeing you, Elevated Ancestors), has led me to where I am today. I now live and facilitate on Hawai'i Island. I work to make that possible, and am fortunate that life has opened up the way for us to be able to call this place home. To get to wake up here every day is a huge blessing.

Developing a relationship with different parts of the land (the 'aina), spending time with the community I've been able to cultivate, and my ever-evolving relationship with the rhythms of nature continue to shape the way I move through life.

I'm a human who just loves.
Loves life, loves humanity, and loves that I get to BE here.

I am fortunate that my life vibrates with healthy connections, honest conversations, and plenty of joyful moments to smooth out the not-so-joyful times.

As for the work I do with C + You, I value clear communication and emotional maturity. My facilitation style is calm, attentive, and discerning. I offer guidance when needed, and I hold structure without rigidity - trusting that structure creates space for freedom and flexibility.

I work best with individuals and groups who are willing to meet themselves honestly and participate consciously in shared space.

It is my pleasure to offer spaces for shared presence with other sweet beings. I don't do it alone. I just set the intention of the space that I'd love to be a part of, and with devoted attention, everything comes together with ease.
