The Circle in Detail

The Planting the Seed call occurs on the 1st Tuesday of each month.

If there are scheduling changes, a WhatsApp group is used to communicate those updates.

The topic, or monthly contemplation, is typically shared in a WhatsApp group within 1-5 days before the call.

The contemplation aims to provide an opportunity to peel back the layers of our experiences and peer under the surface.

The circle is structured to provide space for each woman to share what stayed with them after their reflection process.

The contemplation topic may revolve around what feels most beneficial to present to the group.

At other times, the topic for reflection will be offered by a participating woman in the group.

Ultimately, the contemplation is meant to ask questions that aren't usually asked within our typical, day-to-day conversations.

The topic guides us inward, helps us tease out what wants attention, and sets the parameters of what we share within the circle.

It is entirely up to each woman how deep they want to go within these calls.

If you do NOT want to get intimate and present with certain traits, beliefs, and patterns you hold, this may not be the best fit for you.

This space is for:
  • Online connection

  • Diving deep through reflection

  • Sharing authentically

  • Carving out time for ourselves

  • Blaming or talking about others

  • Therapy -although therapeutic in nature, this is not a therapy session

  • Marketing products or personal businesses

This space is NOT for:

There's a certain magic that happens when we share what we want to release, what we want to create, and what we're calling into being in the presence of community. May this space be a place for women to have full permission to be present with themselves and authentic in the company of others.

Donation-Based
Call Structure
Community Guidelines
Presence and Privacy

This is a donation-based space. Contributions support administrative and hosting costs with a suggested minimum of $5 a month.

Each call begins with a short opening, followed by shared reflection and structured speaking time (we make the most of our 1 hour together). The number of attendees (no more than 13) determines how much time each woman has to share on the contemplation. The host will either reflect each share or acknowledge the share with a hand gesture. This is not a call where everyone has the opportunity to respond to each share.

All attendees must read and agree to the community guidelines before joining a circle.

As much as possible, carve out some time to be present with us. It is recommended that you join the call in a space where it is less likely for you to be disturbed. In the event you cannot be alone or need to take the call in a public space, please wear headphones so others' shares are not overheard.

Collaboration Opportunity

Is there a topic or question that is feeling particularly relevant right now? Is there something you're feeling stuck in? Is there something you're moving through? Fresh perspectives can be helpful, especially if you don't have someone nearby who can relate.

You are invited to bring your question(s) forward here so we can explore a topic or contemplation to share with the group. Women who have joined at least 2 calls may contact the host to collaborate.

Age Diversity

Mature younger women and women of all life stages are welcome. If you are under 21, please connect with Crystal before attending your first circle so we can ensure the space is a good fit.
