More Details

We walk together to slow down, listen, and share space

What to Expect:
  • Crystal will organize quarterly, morning weekend walks.

  • Others are encouraged to coordinate more walks at their heart's desire.

  • We'll walk at established nature trails, primarily on the West side of the island, but not limited to the area. Here are just a few options:

    • Maka'ula O'oma Trail

    • Honokohau Beach to Kaloko Fishpond

    • Pu'u Wa'awa'a

    • For super easy and short walks- Walua Trail

Embodying Pono and Kuleana:
  • We respect the land and our neighbors.

  • We leave no trace.

  • We aim to meet each other on time.

  • We respect our own limits.

  • We're not tour guides...just people walking together.

The Kona Mindful Walks WhatsApp group is used for:

  • Monthly or quarterly confirmations

  • Meeting locations

  • Weather, or other last-minute updates

Participation in the group is simply for logistics and ease
